At The Indian Sutra, we strive to ensure that all our products are of high quality and shipped in perfect condition. Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to, a change in mind, or the item not being what you expected. We only accept returns if the item delivered is damaged. Our return or exchange policy is subject to the following conditions:

Damaged Products: Returns are only allowed if the product is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Used, washed, or laundered products will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return or Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team by email or phone. Our team will guide you through the process of returning the damaged product. Shipping cost for the return or exchange will be borne by the customer.

Exchange: If you choose to exchange the damaged product, we will send you a replacement item of equal value of your choice within 7 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of equivalent amount which you can utilize to purchase any of our product within the next 30 days.

Refunds: We do not provide any refunds on any purchase

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that items purchased during an ongoing sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
